The first machine (DTF 150) for Cold Extraction was born in 1991. The working principle is to feed directly the machine with whole or destoned fruit at room temperature and by means of the Rotopulse patented device it‘s possible to extract the puree without preheating it.

The CX machines for Cold Extraction have improved the main features of the original model. Very high yields with exceptional easiness of use and reliability have contributed to its success by the world’s mayor fruit and vegetables processing companies.
