CRUNX is a machines Series designed for crunching and dosing a frozen products in various shapes and sizes. At the end of the process, the product is ready for feeding the extraction or other downstream plants. Delta and Gamma models are basically different in terms of product containers and type of frozen products that can be used for feeding.
