The name EOS TT LINE is related to a Cold Extraction Line that includes the EOS TT System, an Enzyme Deactivator the consisting of a tube-in-tube system for heating the cold raw puree up to the deactivation temperature in a single passage; in this way the puree is subjected to a smaller mechanical and thermal stress, thus increasing the product quality in terms of texture, color, flavor and consistency. Bertocchi can supply complete EOS TT Lines including feeding lines for fresh and frozen products, plants for Cold Extraction and Cold Deareation, Enzyme Deactivators, Turbo Extractors for refining, Hot Deareators, etc.
