Bertocchi S.r.l. starts its experience in the Turbo Extractor manufacturing field for fruit and vegetables purées in 1984.

    During its activity, the products range has been gradually enlarged, even in order to adapt itself to the several and always more exacting national and international customers' requirements.
    This brought to an updating of the old Hot turbo-extractors Series (the DT Series changed in HX Series), and to the incoming of the newer Cold turbo-extractors (CX Series) and the EOS Plants, which combine the cold turbo-extractor with a cold deaeration and ultrarapid enzymatic deactivation system, in order to optimize the cold extraction process.
