In 1991 the first model (DTF 150) for the cold extraction of purée was born, using the fruit whole directly, or the destoned ones, at room temperature applying the Rotopulse patented device.
The CX units (Cold Extraction) have mantained and improved the main features of this first model.
The very high yields with the extreme easiness and reliability have contributed to its spread in the world’s mayor fruit and vegetable processing companies.

The XD Monoskid is a completely compact and accessible system that allows to place on a single frame both the cold turbo extractor with its relative pumping group and the cold deaerator.
Extremely simple to install and to use, it keeps all the good qualities of the two equipments separately installed, allowing to obtain an high quality product, cold extracted, deaerated and so ready for the next eventual heating treatment without air inside.

The aim of our new, patented EOS line is to provide an equipment that can allow cold-extraction with a simplified enzymatic deactivation process that reduces heat exposure of the product to a minimum, leaving it as natural as possible, and that decreases or avoids the use of gas or anti-oxidising solutions, thus guaranteeing an absolutely natural and biological product.
Besides the use of the cold extraction and the cold deaeration, this line uses the patented ultrarapid inactivation EOS, the system’s core, that allows to effect in a few second the complete purée inactivation at room temperature, guaranteeing a purée quality level at the top of the market.
